Refunds.

Inspiral v1 includes a trial so you can evaluate the plugin before purchasing. Purchase or complimentary creator and reviewer orders create real licences immediately.

Trial access

The trial requires a card but costs £0 if cancelled before the exact first billing date shown at checkout. If it is not cancelled, it continues as rent to own at £11 per month plus applicable tax. A reminder is sent before the first charge.

Paid licenses

Full refunds move the licence from active to refunded. If there is a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact support within 14 days.

Rent to own

Rent-to-own access requires 12 successful monthly payments of £11 plus applicable tax. If the plan ends early, access ends and the licence does not convert to lifetime ownership. During the first 6 successful settled payments, base payments reduce the £111 early lifetime conversion price. After payment 6, the discounted conversion offer ends, but the remaining base balance can still be paid off early. Refunded payments do not count toward progress or the price credit.

Duplicate payments

Accidental duplicate purchases or obvious billing errors will be corrected after verification.
