Refunds, without the runaround.
We want you to feel safe buying Inspiral. This policy applies to consumers who purchase directly from doidom.audio. It adds to your mandatory consumer rights; it never replaces or limits them.
Founder preorder: payment and delivery
The £79 founder offer is a preorder for future lifetime access. We charge the full amount when you order. Until delivery, no plugin download, licence use or activation is supplied.
Your payment is held by doidom.audio in its ordinary business account. It is not held in escrow or a protected client-money account. How the money is held does not reduce our obligation to honour valid refunds under this policy and applicable law.
Delivery occurs when we make the lifetime licence and authenticated installer access available in your account and send the release notice. We record that access date. We will show an estimated delivery date only after it is confirmed.
Full refund before delivery
You may cancel a founder preorder for any reason at any time before delivery and receive a full refund. There is no cancellation charge and you do not need to show that anything is wrong.
If we cancel Inspiral, decide we cannot deliver it, or cannot honour the founder licence, we will issue a full refund automatically. If delivery is delayed, you may keep your place or request a full refund.
Fourteen days after delivery
We also give founder customers a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee beginning when access is delivered. Request the refund within 14 calendar days after the recorded delivery/access date. You may try the software during that period and do not need to give a reason.
We do not ask founder customers to waive statutory digital-content withdrawal rights when they preorder. If a statutory cooling-off period is still running when Inspiral becomes available, we will keep access pending until that period ends rather than ask you to surrender it.
Faulty or non-conforming software
Your legal remedies continue after the voluntary guarantee ends. If Inspiral is faulty, materially different from its description, incompatible with confirmed specifications, or we do not have the right to supply it, contact us. Depending on the law that applies, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
How refunds work
Email support@doidomaudio.space with a clear request to cancel or obtain a refund. Include the purchase email and Stripe receipt or order reference if available. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the purchaser and prevent payment fraud, but missing paperwork will not defeat a request we can otherwise verify.
We issue an approved refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a valid cancellation request or agreeing that a statutory refund is due. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we charge no refund fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
A full refund ends the related licence and access. You must stop using Inspiral and delete retained installer and plugin copies. We revoke downloads, online activations and future updates after Stripe confirms the refund. Existing offline authorisation may take time to expire.
Fair limits
The voluntary guarantee provides a full refund rather than a partial refund. This does not affect any statutory right to an appropriate price reduction. We do not pay the same claim twice, and we may account for a refund already provided through Stripe, a card issuer or another payment dispute process.
Outside the periods above, a change-of-mind refund is discretionary unless mandatory law provides a remedy. Fraud, abuse, licence sharing and redistribution may be investigated, but we will not use an investigation to unreasonably delay a valid consumer refund.
Trials, lifetime purchases and rent to own
The seven-day trial requires a card and costs £0 if cancelled before the first billing date shown at checkout. If it is not cancelled, it continues as rent to own at £11 per month plus applicable tax. Cancelling rent to own stops future charges and ends access; settled payments for past access are not automatically refunded, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, an applicable voluntary guarantee or a statutory remedy.
Accidental duplicate purchases and verified billing errors are refunded. Direct lifetime purchases delivered immediately are covered by any guarantee shown at checkout and by all applicable statutory rights.
