doidom.audio collects only the information needed to sell, deliver and support Inspiral.

What we use

Checkout, payments, invoices and billing details are handled by Stripe. Account and support information may include your name, email address, license status, purchase history and messages you send us.

How it is used

We use this information to provide downloads, license access, support, receipts, update notices and account help. Support conversations are linked to the email you provide; while the support panel is open, we record recent activity so the support person can see that you may still be present. We may email you when a reply is ready. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by doidom.audio.
