DOIDOM (UN) LIMITED, trading as doidom.audio, collects only the information needed to sell, deliver and support Inspiral. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 15567423, with registered office at Flat 50 Londinium Tower, 87 Mansell Street, London, England, E1 8AP.

What we use

Checkout, payments, invoices and billing details are handled by Stripe. Account and support information may include your name, email address, license status, purchase history and messages you send us.

How it is used

We use this information to provide downloads, license access, support, receipts, update notices and account help. Support conversations are linked to the email you provide; while the support panel is open, we record recent activity so the support person can see that you may still be present. We may email you when a reply is ready. We do not sell personal information.

Website activity and listening preferences

The website stores a random identifier in your browser to associate page visits and actions such as demo playback and signup. We record the page, referral and campaign information with those events. The comparison stores its randomized A/B order in your browser; an optional preference vote is recorded with the random identifier, not a name or email. Revealing labels without voting does not submit a preference.

Release updates

If you join the release list, we store your email and signup source to send product release and access updates. To leave the list or request deletion, email support@doidomaudio.space.

Payments

Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by doidom.audio.
